We do not collect your IP address, browsing history, or any information about the websites you visit outside of ExpiredDomains.net domain lists you choose to analyse.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If your account expires and is not renewed, we may delete account data after a period of inactivity of 24 months.
Domain names and their generated reports are stored indefinitely to ensure consistent results and avoid unnecessary reprocessing. This data is not linked to your personal account — reports are stored against the domain name itself, not your email or licence key.

The DomainDossier Chrome extension caches your licence key and point balance in Chrome's sync storage so you do not need to re-enter your key each session. This is a local copy for convenience — the authoritative record of your account, balance, and activity is stored on our servers in Supabase.
Our website does not use tracking cookies or analytics scripts.
DomainDossier is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have done so inadvertently, contact us and we will delete the data promptly.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of DomainDossier after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
