Refund Policy

Last updated: 25 June 2026  ·  Effective date: 25 June 2026

If something went wrong with your purchase, we want to make it right. Email us at domaindossier@pm.me and we will get back to you within 2 business days.

1. How points work

DomainDossier operates on a prepaid points system. You purchase a points pack and points are deducted each time you use a paid feature — a domain sweep reveal or a full intelligence report. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

2. Used points are non-refundable

Points that have already been spent to generate a report or reveal are non-refundable. When you trigger an analysis, the AI processing begins immediately and the result is delivered to you at that moment. The cost of that processing cannot be recovered.

If a report failed to generate or returned an error and points were still deducted, that is a different matter — contact us and we will restore those points.

3. Unused points

If you have purchased points and have not used them, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date. To be eligible:

Refunds for unused points are granted at our discretion. We will not unreasonably decline a request made in good faith within this window.

4. How to request a refund

Email domaindossier@pm.me with the following:

We will respond within 2 business days. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

5. Points expiry

Points expire 12 months from your most recent purchase. Expired points are not eligible for a refund. We display your expiry date inside the extension so you always know where you stand.

6. Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law, including the Australian Consumer Law. If you believe you are entitled to a remedy under those laws, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the matter.
